What We Will Not Do
We won't give you a firm price on a broken spring, a bent track, or a dead opener without seeing the door. Garage doors in this area come from a wide spread of build years, most local housing went up between 1968 and 2000, with the median sitting around 1989, and that range covers everything from original steel sectional doors on extension springs to later torsion setups with plastic idler wheels that have long since cracked. A quote based on a phone description of "it's making a grinding noise" is a guess dressed up as a number, and we'd rather tell you that up front than hand you a figure we have to change on arrival.
